POSITION SUMMARY:

Community Homes Program
Haliburton
10-hour awake shift
(Typically, 10pm-8am or 10:30pm – 8:30am,
and typically, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* One year full-time equivalent experience in the Developmental Services field.
* A One-year post-secondary certificate or equivalent in the Human Services field.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently.
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making competencies.
* Proof of ongoing professional learning
* Current and Valid Emergency First Aid, CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certifications are required.
* Valid Class G Driver’s License and Acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
* Access to a reliable vehicle and proof of valid vehicle insurance including passenger coverage.
* Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening.
* Relevant experience with intellectual disabilities.
* Computer Literacy (Microsoft office, e-mail, internet).
SALARY:
Hourly Wage Range – Step 1: $25.40 – Step 3: $26.10
Annual Salary Range – $39,624.00 – $40,716.00
